Shopping Mall in Kuala Lumpur

Shopping in Kuala Lumpur is simply overwhelming. The facilities range from deluxe shopping centres and complexes to bazaars and night markets that offer a numbing yet irresistible choice of local collectibles as well as international labels.

Suria KLCC is a must for that modern shopping experience coupled with a visit to one of the icons of the city’s skyline – the Petronas Twn Towers. For sheer abundance of shops and malls, head down to Jalan Bukit Bintang. On this single street you’ll find bargains, designer labels and everything in between. Explore Sungai Wang Plaza, Bukit Bintang Plaza, Lot 10 Shopping Mall, KL Plaza, Starhill Galleria and the newest addition – The Pavilion.

Business hours for the malls and complexes are from 10am to 10pm while some areas run into the night - in certain parts like Petaling Street, even midnight - so you can take your time hunting for gifts and bargains.

A not-to-be -missed celebration is the Malaysia Mega Sale - held three times a year- where goods and items come at rock-bottom prices. And yes, credit cards are accepted almost anywhere.
